UNCG will host for the sixth year the Lilly Conference on College and University Teaching at Greensboro, an conference related to teaching and learning.
Proposal submissions increased by 26 percent this year and 146 presentations are scheduled.
In their 30th year, Lilly Conferences are retreats that combine workshops, discussion sessions and major addresses, with opportunities for informal conversations about excellence in college and university teaching. The 2010 Lilly Conferences will highlight evidence-based learning and teaching
The conference will be held Feb. 5-7, 2010, at the Koury Convention Center. Complete information about the conference is available at the conference web site. UNCG faculty can apply for a TLC Mini-Grant to cover the conference registration fee.
