This summer, take advantage of the on-campus fitness program exclusively for UNCG faculty and staff. Bring your UNCG I.D. as well as a towel and water bottle. Wear comfortable exercise apparel. The program starts June 3 and continues weekly till the end of July. Sessions are Tuesdays, 12:30-1:30 p.m.
All sessions are in the Student Recreation Center Fitness Studio. An SRC membership is not required to participate.

July 22 – Zumba
July 29 – BOSU
*Reservations for these particular sessions are required at least one hour before class dates and classes are subject to change.
