Learn about the campus’ sustainability efforts Wednesday, Oct. 20, 11 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Jackson Library Transportation Circle.

Information tables hosted by UNC Green, EcoSpartans, UNCG Sustainability Committee, UNC Greensboro Gardens and the Sustainability Office will provide students, staff and faculty information on how they can get involved in making the campus more sustainable. In addition, the UNCG Bike Club and Parking and Campus Access Management will host a bike repair clinic and answer questions about the new ZipCar, ZimRide and Spartan Cycles Bike Share program.

Other activities scheduled for Campus Sustainability Day include a tree planting (EcoSpartans & UNCG Grounds) and the web cast “Empowering a Low Carbon Movement at Your Campus: Strategies and Tools for Behavior Change, Community Engagement and Large-Scale Transformation.”
