Alumni House celebrates 85 years

Since 1937, the Alumni House has been a gathering space for the UNCG community to celebrate accomplishments and milestones. All are invited to an ice cream social on June 9 for the House’s 85th birthday celebration.
Dr. Terri Shelton receives Distinguished Engaged Scholar Award

The Vice Chancellor for Research and Engagement has made UNCG a pioneer in community-engaged scholarship work. She has incorporated those principals into more than 30 years of research and helped lead projects representing over $42 million. Chancellor Gilliam nominated her for the award from the Engagement Scholarship Consortium.
