Dr. Carrie Hill (Family and Community Nursing) received new funding from Department of Health and Human Services – Health Resources and Services Administration for the project “Leadership Education And Diversity (LEAD) in Maternal Child Health (MCH).”
This program will provide a new Maternal Child Health Academic Enhancement Program for BSN and RN BSN students over a five year period. Internships, stipends, tutoring, simulation, and special MCH experiences will be provided, especially for students from disadvantaged and minority backgrounds.
