Free flu shots for faculty and staff are available two days this month for State Health Plan members in the Elliott University Center’s Alexander Room.
The flu shot clinics are Tuesday, Oct. 19, and again Wednesday, Oct. 27, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days.
Appointments are required.
Have your health insurance ID card information at hand when you register online. Follow the link and select “Provider Not Listed” when asked for your insurance provider. On the next screen manually enter “North Carolina State Health Plan.”
Other insurance may be accepted if you are not covered by the State Health Plan. Check to see if your insurance provider is among those listed.

You will receive an email confirmation of your appointment once you have completed the registration.
You must be at least 18 years old to enter the flu shot clinic. Please bring a photo ID and your insurance card with you to your appointment.
