Founded in 2007 as the Spring Southeastern Literary Magazine & Independent Press Festival, Indie-Lit Greensboro is an annual event that honors North Carolina’s rich literary heritage and brings to campus some of America’s finest editors and writers. Indie-Lit Greensboro 2011 will be held on Friday, April 29, from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. in the Elliott University Center.
The Indie-Lit author readings and Indie-Lit Book and Literary Magazine Exhibition are free and open to the public.
Registrants are entitled to attend all of the craft workshops and the keynote reading & reception.

Over 20 literary magazines, independent presses and writer services are expected to exhibit in Cone Ballroom.
There will be a keynote reading by John McNally and David Rivard followed by a book signing and reception for all registered participants Friday evening at 8 p.m. in the EUC Auditorium.
