The MFA Writing Program, The Greensboro Review and Spring Garden Press will host a fiction reading by Joshua Ferris on Thursday, Oct. 28, at 7 p.m. in the Faculty Center on College Avenue. The event is free and open to the public and will be followed by a book signing.

Ferris is the author of the novels “The Unnamed” and “Then We Came to the End,” winner of the Hemingway Foundation/PEN Award and the Barnes and Noble Discover Award. It was a National Book Award finalist.

His fiction has appeared in The New Yorker, Granta, The Guardian, and Tin House, among other publications.

He lives in New York.
