With fall on the horizon, UNC Greensboro is excited to offer multiple open house options for prospective students and families in the coming months. Open Houses on September 24 and November 12 are a vital and vibrant part of the UNCG visitor program, where visitors can truly experience what differentiates UNCG from other universities.

Open House visitors can connect in person with current Spartans and hear student perspectives on what makes UNCG’s campus culture so special and unique. The Majors Fair gives guests the chance to meet directly with their future academic departments, providing an excellent opportunity to ask questions and get answers straight from faculty.

There will also be time to hear from Undergraduate Admissions and The Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships, tour residence halls, and meet the offices and organizations that shape campus life.

UNCG Open Houses are important events for both prospective Spartans and their parents. “Today’s activities assisted in making UNCG my son’s first choice,” said one parent.

“I felt very welcome and at home,” said a potential future Spartan after their Open House experience. “Being able to spend a little time speaking with faculty was also very helpful. Overall, it was a very worthwhile experience, and I’m really looking forward to hopefully attending UNCG next year.”

The University is excited to offer these chances to visit our beautiful campus, learn more about our academic strengths, experience the many living and social opportunities, and determine if UNCG is the right fit. Thousands of students and guests will visit UNCG this fall, and there’s no better time than Open House.
