The Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) is the component of the reaffirmation process that reflects and affirms the commitment of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on College (SACSCOC) to enhance the quality of higher education in the region and to focus attention on student learning.

Based on topic ideas submissions from the campus community, the QEP Topic Selection Committee has identified three emergent themes:

Theme 1. Community and Civic Engagement/Information Literacy

Theme 2. Holistic Well-being and Health

Theme 3. Diversity, Inclusivity/Belonging, and Access/Equity

There are two paths for topic proposal development and submission which may be engaged: collaborative (crowd-source) and independent. QEP Theme (collaborative) and Informational Forums (independent) will be held via Zoom.  The campus community may also self-enroll in the QEP Canvas organization, here.

Please see the QEP website to learn more about the QEP Forums and the proposal and submission guidelines, including the opportunity to participate in a collaborative (crowd-sourced) process.

The deadline for submission is May 2, 2022, at noon. We will also collect recommended rankings from the campus community on selected topic proposals from May 4 – 6, 2022.
