Spartans ADVANCE is a multi-year National Science Foundation (NSF) funded project that seeks to address the need for increasing diversity and inclusion on our faculty, especially in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) departments.

To support this initiative, we are collaborating with The National Center for Faculty Development & Diversity (NCFDD) to host two workshops this summer. The NCFDD is a nationally recognized, independent organization that provides online career development and mentoring resources for faculty, post-docs, and graduate students.
