UNC Greensboro’s annual Science Everywhere will take place virtually April 21-23, with a variety of online presentations, demonstrations, and experiments for K-12 students and science lovers of all ages.
This year’s Science Everywhere will include six live demonstrations and more than 120 pre-recorded, on-demand STEM videos. All events and video content are free and accessible to the public.
Some live events – such as the STEM Virtual Escape Room and the 3D Modeling presentation – have limited seats. Participants can register for live events here.
The on-demand STEM videos will be available on scienceeverywhere.uncg.edu starting April 21. Participants will have the opportunity to tour a virtual reality lab, learn how to make slime, and see how fungi are used for research. Topics include biochemistry, kinesiology, and nanoscience, and physics, among others.
An official North Carolina Science Festival event, Science Everywhere is hosted by UNCG’s Research and Instruction in STEM Education (RISE) Network and the School of Education. Learn more at scienceeverywhere.uncg.edu.
